
On Tuesday there was a one -day educational program on the implementation of a new dining menu and compliance with standard operational procedures for cookbooks Gandhi Balika Vidyalayas on Tuesday Institute of Hotel Management, Hyderabad.
The headmaster, school education, EV Narasimha Reddy said that a total of 93 employees from 31 districts participated in the program. Trained staff will act as district sources to provide the remaining employees in the relevant districts.
Mr. Reddy said that cooking staff was trained to follow the SOP prescribed at state level and cook and serve the same meal as in a standardized menu.
IHM Hyderabad Sanjay Thakur, Special Officers and others were present.
