A new photo of rapper and producer Sean “Diddy” Combs has been released following his transfer to a federal prison in New Jersey. The 56-year-old music mogul is currently serving a 50-month sentence at the Fort Dix Federal Correctional Facility.
The latest picture, obtained by CBS News, shows the I’ll Be Missing You hitmaker with visibly gray hair and a beard, a marked change from his pre-incarceration appearance. Combs appears calm and composed as she looks into the camera.
According to court documents cited by CBS, Combs currently works as a chaplain’s assistant at the facility and is enrolled in an intensive drug rehabilitation program. However, reports suggest that his time in prison has not been without controversy.
TMZ recently claimed that Combs was reprimanded by officials for allegedly consuming a homemade alcoholic drink made with sugar, soda and apples. However, a representative for Combs denied the allegation, calling the report “completely false.”
On social media, his team said: “His only goal is to become the best version of himself and get back to his family.”
Combs also reportedly faced disciplinary action for an unauthorized phone call to three people earlier this month, which he said was to his legal team.
The Bad Boy Records founder, who was acquitted of sex-trafficking and extortion charges in July but was convicted of two counts of prostitution, is scheduled to be released on May 8, 2028.
Last month, the first photos of the rapper since his arrest surfaced online, showing him laughing and interacting with inmates while resting at the facility.
