The amulus runs on the back of another trend and this year, Kerala denotes a favorable regional festival, Onam, in the style of recreation of the viral racing ship dance “Aura Farming”.
The trend, which began an eleven -year -old Indonesian boy named Rayyan Arkan Dikha, took a storm at the beginning of this year.
The Amulian girl can be seen on the traditional clothing of Kerala and a few cold sunglasses in the video. Like Dikha, Amul Girl also reinforced social media with the coldest possible dance steps and balanced a long racing ship at the top.

But Amul’s selection of music was different. For their advertising video they chose traditional melodies of Keraral.
Amul marked the video: “EE Onam on Aavatte, Aaghoshangalude Aura Koodatt,” which freely translates: “Leave the aura joy connects to this onam.”

When is Onam 2025?
Onam is a ten -day festival celebrated in the Chingam month of Malayalam calendar, which usually decreases between August and September. The festivities begin on the day of Atham, when Atham Nakshatra is present, and lasts 10 days, the climax on Thiruvonama, the main day.
According to Drikpanchang, in 2025, ONAM celebrated on Tuesday, August 26 and will end on Friday 5th September.
Onam 2025: Mythological meaning
Onam refers to the return of the then King Mahabali or Maveli, who, according to mythology, was known as a generous and virtuous ruler. During his reign, the kingdom was so prospering that Devas was jealous, partly because King Mahabali was Asura, a member of the clan who was the enemies of Devas. As a result, they sent Lord Vishnu, disguised as Vaman (Dwarf), King Mahabali.
The generous king Mahabali offered three feet of the earth to Vaman. As she measured Vaman, he grew so big that he measured all the worlds in two steps. Mahabali placed him nowhere, asked him to put him on his head.
Vaman pleased his benevolence and blessed Mahabali by allowing him to visit his items once a year, which is an opportunity celebrated like onam with all kerite.
