With regard to the controversy surrounding the recruitment of I Andhra Pradesh Andhra Pradesh (AppsC), which includes charges of inconsistencies in evaluating responses and subsequent legal battles, 48 officers of this benefit, currently in the state government, hopes for a favorable court.
Recruitment of AppsC and AppsC and Appsc was tired in controversy due to charges of inconsistencies in the evaluation process. Legal battles led to the cancellation of the network test after the court order.
The announcement was issued in 2018, the preliminary preliminary was carried out in 2019 and the network in December 2020. The results were announced in April 2021.
1 October 2021 The High Court noted in its judgment that AppsC did not disclose in the digital evaluation notice. She also found a “procedural error” and canceled the results and ordered AppSC to perform manual responses and release the results in three months.
After the AppsC court order, it carried out a conventional manual evaluation of the responses to the sheets, but the results launched a new line because only 38% of candidates whose names were in the list of digital ratings also found their names in the list of manual evaluation, while 62% of candidates whose names were not in the list. However, selected candidates joined the service.
Hearing of the court was concluded on September 19, 2025 and the judgment is expected. These 48 officers whose names appeared both in the list of digital and manual evaluation lists and are afraid of the prospects for the adverse impact of the judgment on their professions.
“Many of us resigned from central and civil services to join the Andhra Pradesh administration through the service of Group I. Any unfavorable impact due to court judgment will have our professional career,” the official said, expressing their “indisputable merit”.
