Quad integrated the IT micro-Silent project in the TECHNOPARK PHASE 4 Campus (Technocity) in Pallippuram to take off with the park authorities, calling on composite offers for the construction of the first IT office within the project. The IT building is proposed to bridge over 8.5 square lak with nine IT office space and two floors for parking and services. The estimated project costs are 380.08 GBP Crore with a contract for three years. The building will be equipped with a wastewater treatment plant, robotic cleaning, LED lighting, recycling water and advanced safety monitoring and access control system. The preliminary meeting will take place on June 10 at 11:30 in the Park Center at the TECHNOPARK PHASE I Campus. The minutes will be published on the 10 -day electronic portal.
