Police Pallhottam clenched the man from Odisha for trading with Ganja to Kerala. The accused was identified as Tukkunnu Parich, 27, from Paniganda in Odisha. A team of police officials from Odisha was charged.
Last month, the Palhottam police burned two people with 21 kg Ganja. Two weeks ago, ancalummood police arrested a man with 10 kg Ganja. In both cases, the investigation revealed that the arrested persons are members of Tukkunnu’s gang.
Officials said those who need Ganja in Kerala contacted Tukkunna over the phone and placed orders. The members of his gang would then deliver a smuggler to the buyer in Kerala.
