The nun was found dead in the Convention in the Kollam district in Kerala, the police said on Tuesday.
A 33 -year -old woman, a native of Tamil Nadu, was found in her room on Monday evening.
She was rushed to the hospital, but was declared dead, said officer of Kollam East police station.
A suicide note was discovered in her room, but only indicated that she suffered from “psychological” problems, he said.
The case of unnatural death has been registered and investigative proceedings are underway.
