Judge K. Lakshman of the Supreme Court in Telangana has undergone an interim direction that suspended the classification of two land that admired almost 25 hectares in Sulthanpally Village of Shamshabad Mandal on the outskirts of Hyderabad as a government country.
The direction was released after hearing a written petition filed by A. Krishná Reddy and Thota Mournik Deepthi, both from Champapet, which challenged the order taken by the main commission for land, which declares both countries as government land. Advisor to the petitioner informed the bench that his clients had provided the latest deposits and title documents of both countries that have proved beyond all reasonable doubts that they are landowners.
The advisor also claimed that CCLA had no powers to declare Suo Moto any land as government land according to Section 166-B of the TELANGANA state (revenue from land) 1317 FASLI. The judge issued a notice to the authorities and ordered them by August 26 to file the honorary statements.
