
Judge Nagesh Bheemapak from the Theangana High Court on Wednesday ordered the state and the central government along with TGSPDCL, GHMC and Bharti Airtel over the death of five people due to electric current in Ramanthapur in Uppal in Hyderabad.
The judge noted that everyone should come out with solutions and not with claims as “we are innocent”, ordered the authorities to explain their position within 48 hours. The judge listened to the petition filed by Bharti Airtel through a lunch proposal, which claimed that he had no role in the accident that led to the electrical electrical procedure to leave five persons of the dead.
The company claimed to ensure that TGSPDCL was authorized to lay optical fibers on the poles of electricity under the telecommunications Act-2023. In the related development, Lokayukta Justice A. Rajashkekher Reddy has participated in newspaper reports on the death of the SUO Moto and until September 11 it required a report from the authorities.
