On Wednesday, the ‘Nanmayude Snehakkoodu’ collective organized a Christmas love feast at the Nooranad Lepras Sanatorium.
The program was held under the leadership of social activist Johnson V. Idikkula with the support of Shot Pulikkathra Koinonia Group. The volunteers put aside their daily routines to spend the day with the inmates and share a festive meal with them.
Mr. Idikkula, a resident of Thalavadi, has been visiting the sanatorium for more than 30 years and coordinates charity activities there in collaboration with various organizations.
The Christmas and New Year meeting was inaugurated by Ajoy K. Varghese, member of Niranam grama panchayat.
