The investigation of suspicious deaths in Nikki Bhati matters after the recovery of the inflammatory substance from her room and the emergence of new video clips forced the incident of 21 August, the head officer said on Wednesday.
An officer who is part of the probe said that the inflammatory solution found in the Nikki room was sent for forensic analysis.
The police also collect and explore several short video clips that emerge in a public domain in connection with incident 21. August.
It seems that the new findings mean a shift from earlier accusations that Nikki (26) was ignited with the flammable liquid of her husband Vipin Bhati and his family.
The police will also review the statement of Nikki Sister Kanchan, who made a video about the alleged incident, filed a company, and claimed that she had tried to intervene.
Kanchan is married to brother Nikki, Rohit Bhati.
Vipin, Rohit, Nikki’s father -in -law Satir and father -in -law Daya were arrested last Thursday for the alleged murder in Velká Noida.
Vipin was shot in the foot on August 24, when he allegedly tried to escape from police custody.
“Fresh videos, including one showing a father -in -law that seemed to be separated by Nikki and Vipin during the fight, and another allegedly filmed by Kanchan, which could be heard a voice that said” Yeh Kya Kar Liya (what you did) emerged after initial questioning.
A separate offensive case
Police analyze the CCTV camera shots that show that VIPin is standing before his home minutes before the incident, in addition to exploring a separate offensive case registered against him last October in Jarcha Greater Noida.
These companies were filed against Vipin and his collaborator Tushar in October last year for accusation of attacking a 21 -year -old woman named Preeti from the nearby village of Anandpur.
The duo was also accused of violently taking the phone and threatening to kill it. Another DCP (Greater Noida), Sudheer Kumar, said that in this case the probe is taking place and measures will be taken on the basis of its findings.
Nikki was found with severe burn injuries in her house in the village of SIRSA 21. August. She died on her way to the hospital in Delhi.
The Memorandum of the Private Hospital, where it was first adopted, mentioned that “she suffered strong burns during the explosion of the gas war at home” and was brought there in a critical state of Vipin’s cousin Devendra.
Nikki’s older sister Kanchan, however, claimed in her fir that Nikki was intentionally ignited by Vipin, his mother Daya, father Satveer and brother Rohit after being defeated.
She argued that Nikki was facing persistent harassment, although their marriage in 2016 was celebrated “without a dowry” and claimed that her family had already given SUV Scorpio, motorcycle and jewelry to the Bhati family, yet they were under pressure from another RS 36 lakh and a luxury car.
Vipin’s cousin Devendra claimed that he had taken Nikki to the hospital along with Vipin’s parents and remembered how he was repeatedly asking for water and said he felt stuffy. He also confirmed Vipin’s presence in the local shop at the time of the incident.
Nikki and Kanchan’s father, Bhikari Singh, demanded the “toughest punishment” for Vipin, urged Narendra Modi and the main Minister Uttar Pradesh Yogi Adityanath to intervene.
He also rejected the statement that his daughter’s social media activities had launched killing and insisted that the reels were “no reason”, and gave them 1.5 lakh to open a beauty salon to support themselves.
Companies against Bhatis were filed at the Kasna Police Station 22 August according to Section 103 (1) (Murder), 115 (2) (voluntarily causing injuries) and 61 (2) (attempt to commit the crime of punishment by imprisonment) Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhit (BNS).
