Nobody in Telangana, with the exception of several ruling congress leaders, believed in Go 9, which the state government issued to lead the elections of local authorities with an improved (42%) reservation for backward classes, said leader Bharat Rashtra Samhiti (BRS) and former deputy B. In the past, the Supreme Court also clarified this in the case of Krishnamurtha that the BC quota increase was not possible without changing the constitution.
