What is Nobel’s price?
The Nobel Prize was set up after the death of entrepreneur Alfred Nobel, who had most of his luck financed prices in various fields. His will state that the price should go to those “who have accepted the biggest advantage of humanity during the previous year.”
How are the winners selected?
Individuals must first be nominated by an eligible nominator; Self-nomination is not allowed.
