Keral Police received a legal opinion that the film director of Adoor Gopalakrishnan’s claim that aspiring filmmakers from marginalized parts of society and women should undergo intensive training as a prerequisite for the use of state resources allocated for films and documents with artistic and social values.
Police sought the opinion of the District Prosecutor after Social Activist Din Veyil registered a complaint at the police station Musuem, who accused Mr. Gopalakrishnan of recently expressed a deeply discriminatory caste preference that has recently been organized by state governments.
Mr. Veyil demanded that the Police Book of Mr. GoPalakrishnan on the basis of accusations of violating the provisions of the planned caste and the planned tribe (prevention of atrocities) of 1989.

However, the legal threat to Mr. GoPalakrishnan seemed far from. Several activists have indicated that they will file a criminal decision on criminal proceedings with the court court, which requires the prosecution of filmmakers.
