The central government told the High Court in Karnataka that it was not decided to deport two smaller children of the Russian woman Nina Kutina, who was taken into custody after being found in the cave deep in the forest in Gokarna, Uttara Kannada.
Contributions in this respect were made before the justice of S. Sunil Dutt Yadav on Wednesday during hearing the petition given by the Sklom Goldstein, the father of children and the former husband of Mrs. Kutina.
The petitioner, an Israeli national, was looking for direction to the center to deport smaller children, prema, 6 and AMA (5 years) immediately and allow him to meet children held at the detention center and gave him care for children.
No records of a child
Arvind Kamath, another Indian general lawyer who appeared in the center, told the court that Ama Kutina had no records that show her birth, nor has any travel documents. Given the non -presentation of travel documents, the detention of the petitioner concerning the deportation of children was not reasonable, he said.
With regard to filing the court, the court gave the central government for two weeks to stand on the reasons for the petitioner and at the same time explain that if there was any proposal for deportation before the next date of hearing, the Court could move the court.
