Congress management Trinamool on Saturday (June 14, 2025) decided that photographs of Mamata Banata Party Party on all official posters for the martyrs of 21 July because National Secretary General Abhishek Banerjee decided not part of the 1993 movement.
Congress posters often contain photographs of the party chairman and the Secretary -General. Over the past few years, as the character of MP Diamond Harbor grew, his photographs prominently performed in posters and banners of the ruling party of the West Bengal.
“The poster for the Rally 21. July will contain only a photo of Mamata Banerjee. Abhishek Banerjee himself said that his photograph should not be there because he was not part of the original movement in 1993,” the leader of the Trinamool Congress and the leader of Lok Sabha told Bandopadyay, told media people.
Abhiskeka Banerjee’s decision to sign out of posters for martyrs’ Day will end all speculation about it whose photographs should be given to the official events. From the calendars to party posters, the Trinamool Congress often faced the question of photographs of leaders. A few months ago, the 2025 calendar sent to the district units displayed photos of Mamata Banaty and Abhishek Banerjee, but the state management later ordered the leaders of the districts not to use the calendar. At the beginning of February 2025, the photo Abhishek Banerjee was not used at the party at the stadium.
The day of the martyrs, which takes place every July 21, is the main event of the State Ruling Party, where the Trinamool Congress pays hold of 13 youth workers who were killed during police fire during the left front.
Check infighting
In the midst of preparation for the annual Assembly, the Congress of the Trinamool is trying to check infighting in the party, especially in the Birbhum national district.
Congress leaders Trinamool Subrata Bakshi, Firhad Hakim and Aroop Biswas organized a meeting with Anubrat Mondal and Kajal Sheikhem, both of whom were involved in a long -term dispute in the district.
The party leadership urged both leaders to ensure that fractional disputes did not distinguish into a public domain. The meeting comes days after the sound clip of Mr Mondal’s abuse and the threat to the police became a viral. Mr. Mondal was not only a threatening officer, but also used a disgusting language against his wife and mother officer. Mr. Hakim said that the party gave Anubrat Mondal “last warnings” and that in the future he will not repeat such errors.
July 21 martyrs on July is a widely anticipated event of Trinamool Rank and File, where the party chairman is expected to outline the strategy of public opinion surveys scheduled in 2026.
