NLC India Limited on Thursday announced the regularization of 397 employees of IndcoServe who have been associated with the organization for a long time.
Union Minister for Coal and Mines G. Kishan Reddy, who attended the regularization ceremony through virtual mode, noted that nearly 2,300 workers have been regularized in NLCIL since 2015. NLCIL, which continues to expand its presence, will achieve new milestones in the coming year, he said.
He emphasized that the regularization of long-serving workers demonstrates a national vision of progress built on respect, inclusion and shared prosperity. He urged the company to continue to extend comprehensive support to its workforce by organizing health camps, training programmes, skill development initiatives and mental well-being workshops.
Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting and Parliamentary Affairs L. Murugan, who participated in the program through virtual mode, said that the regularization of services would bring meaningful improvement in the lives of workers and their families.
Presenting the appointment orders to the workers, NLCIL Chairman and Managing Director Prasanna Kumar Motupalli said that the regularization of 397 workers strengthened the human capital of the organization and was in line with the national mission of Viksit Bharat 2047. The welfare of the employees continues to remain central to NLCIL’s operational ethos, he said.
