NLC India Limited (NLCIL), Navaratna for the public sector under the Ministry of the Union of Coal, acquired the International Association of Project Management of IPMA Delta Certification Level 3.
According to the official press release, the certification process consisted of a strict international evaluation of IPMA National and International Assessmenti and recognized the experience of NLCIL in project, program and portfolio management systems.
This success reflects the consistent NLCIC’s commitment to transparency, responsibility and perfection in the project, and at the same time, in accordance with the long -term vision of 2030, appears as a leading integrated energy company.
According to Prashan Kumar Motupalli, chairman and CEO of NLCIL, “This success is not only a recognition of our project management systems, but a testimony of determination, dexterity and professionalism of our people. NLCIC makes NLCIC as a national benchmark in the project, which is harmonized to global standards and increases our determination to take place.”
IPMA Delta certification is one of the most complex evaluation of organizational maturity in the world, which includes three integrated dimensions – individuals (competence), projects (applications) and organization (management and systems).
Standardized level 3 – means that project management procedures are institutionalized and permanently used across the organization, which is a key step in the transformation path of NLCIL.
