Mr. Dubey’s notes were published on the X -Social Media platform. The National President of BJP JP Nadda distanced himself on Saturday and the party from Mr. Dubey’s remark about SC and the judiciary Khann. Mr. Nadda said that BJP did not apply for Mr. Dubey’s views and that (Nadda) recommended all the leaders of the parties to make intimate notes.
Mr. Dubey accused the main judge of the launch of “religious wars”.
Mr. Quraishi said on April 17th that “Waqf an act is undoubtedly an obviously ominous evil plan of the government to catch Muslim countries. I’m sure SC will cause it. The misinformation of a poor propaganda machine well did its job.”

In response to the notes, BJP MP on Sunday said in Hindi: “You were not an election commissioner, you were a Muslim commissioner. The maximum number of Bangladesh infiltrators was during his tenure in Santhal, Santhal.”
“The Prophet Muhammad’s Islam came to India in 712. This country (waqf) previously belonged to Hindus or tribal, Jaine or Buddhists associated with this belief,” he added.
Mr. Dubey said his village Vikramshila was burnt to Bakhtiyar Khilji in 1189 and that Vikramshila University gave the world the “first vice -chairman” in Atish Dipankar.

“No section”
He added: “Unify this country, read history. Pakistan was created by dividing. Now there will be no section.”
Mr. Dubey was often aggressive in terms of his interventions within the parliament, so beyond it. Meanwhile, BJP kept silence over his remarks about Mr. Quraishim on Sunday.
Congress demanded that he be expelled from the BJP after his attack against the Supreme Court and the chief judge Khann.
