Main Minister N. Chandrababa Naida ordered officials to ensure that Amaravati development projects reflect iconic proposals and international standards.
On Monday he chaired the 51 meeting. He also instructed that the world -class infrastructure and a reserved ecosystem will be created around the cluster.
CRDA approved nine main designs, including the establishment of a special purpose vehicle (SPV) to carry out key projects such as Greenfield Airport, NTR, Sports City, Smart Industries, Riverfront Development, Inner Ring Road and Ropeway.
The main peak was the approval of the golden clump in Attacur, Mangalagiri, spread over 78 acres to be developed within the soil association scheme (LPS). The cluster, including the GEMS and jewelry park, is expected to attract an investment worth 5,000 crore and create 20,000 jobs.
Infra works
The Office also approved the Crore 904 GBP for critical infrastructure, including drainage, drinking water supply and civic equipment, across 29 villages in the capital. Furthermore, he cleared the proposal to remove the concept “assigned” from the ownership certificates issued within the soil association system.
For urban infrastructure, CRDA CRDA 411 GBP approved the wastewater treatment plant and CRP 376.6 GBP for the water distribution center. Other soil allocations were cleaned on Vit University (100 hectares) and SRM University (100 acres).
Mr. Naida ordered officials to speed up all work in the mission mode, maintain the project details updated online in terms of transparency, and ensure that Amaravati achieve a visible shape this season. He emphasized the unique geographical advantage of Amaravati and stressed that all projects must be economically viable and iconic.
The Minister of the Municipal Administration P. Narayan, the main secretary of K. Vijayanand and higher CRDA officials and the related department were present.
