Nine bombs made in the ground were obtained from an unsolicited bag in the West Bengal’s Purba district, Bardhan, said on Saturday (June 7, 2025).

The locals first saw a junk bag in the field in the morning and alerted the Jamalpur police station. A group for the liquidation of a bomb was rushing on the spot, which safely abused the bombs on a kick of Damodar River, said the policeman.
The probe began to find out how the bombs reached the place and who could place them there. Investigators are also trying to determine the motif that leaves the explosives in a bag in an abandoned area, the officer added.
