Nizam’s Institute of Medical Sciences (NIMS), Hyderabad, has been awarded the Certificate of Excellence at the National Conference of Medical Colleges Research Connect-2026 in recognition of the institute’s contribution to biomedical research.
The two-day conference was organized by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare in New Delhi on 26 and 27 February. More than 100 medical faculties from across the country participated in the event. The awards were presented to institutions that have demonstrated outstanding performance among multidisciplinary research units.
