
NiMhans teamed up with the Central Council for Yoga and Naturopathy (CCRYN) under the Ministry of the Union in Ayushh to create cooperation for the research center for body interventions through yoga (CCMBIY).
The five -year partnership focuses on bridging traditional Indian therapeutic systems with modern medical science and focusing on research based on evidence in yoga, naturopathy and integrating into the mainstream of health care. The Memorandum of Understanding (Mo) was signed by CCRYN Raghanendra Rao director and director of Nimhans Pratima Murtha.
According to a press release from Nimhans, Hemant Bhargav, Associate Professor of Integrative Medicine in NiMhans, will serve as the main investigator of the Center for Cooperation. The research team will include doctors – Kishhore Kumar R., Nishith Jasti, Bharath Holl and Shivakumar of Nimhans and Vadiraja and Inbaraj of Ccryn and combine expertise from both institutions in this cooperation in efforts to give release.
According to this cooperation, institutions will jointly carry out research projects investigating the effectiveness of mind and body intervention under condition including mental health disorders, metabolic disorders and neurological conditions. This initiative will also focus on training healthcare professionals and the development of standardized protocols for integrative treatment approaches, added edition.
