When her mother gave birth to her prematurely only 28 weeks to pregnancy in Ernakulam General Hospital (GH) and then disappeared soon in January, she was only abandoned and underweight with a girl without a name.
In nine weeks since then, only 950 grams have been transformed from an anemic child into a relatively healthy weighing 2.50 kilograms and even received the name Nidhi, which was given by Veen George, Minister of Health and Women and Women.
When her parents from Jharkhand were still missing, the hospital gave Nidhi’s custody a district official for the protection of children KS Sini in the presence of the chairman of the Child Care Committee (CWC) Vincent Joseph on Thursday. Nidhi’s mother was rushed to GH when working pain developed when the train arrived in Ernacula, while on his way to Jharkhand along with his husband 29 January.
