The National Investigation Agency (NIA) took over the probe for a robbery of 18.85 GBP at the National Bank (PNB) branch (PNB) in manipure two years ago.
The robbery occurred on 30 November 2023 and was allegedly committed by armed workers of the Eastern side of the National Socialist Council of Nagaland/Isak Muivah, led by one P. Joseph, “to finance their ambitious plan to strengthen the sophisticated weapon to strengthen their position in Myanmar.”
On July 30, 2025, three members of the clothing – including P. Joseph – were arrested by the Nagalanda Police of Dimapur and handed over the Police manipur the next day.
