The investigation into the April 7 killing of two Meitei children in a “bomb attack” in Manipur’s Bishnupur district is likely to be handed over to the National Investigation Agency (NIA), a senior government official said on Thursday. Their father is a Border Security Force (BSF) jawan.
The official said that the attackers have not yet been identified and all aspects are being investigated.
