The National Investigation Agency (NIA) said on Monday, October 6 that it was accused of one more accused in 2022 Lawrence Bishnoi Gang and Babbar Khalsa International (BKI) Terror-Gangster Nexus Nexus.
In her fifth accusation, Nia, Patiala House, Delhi, was accused by Rahul Sarkar of facilitating Lawrence Bishnoi Gang to commit terrorist activities in India.

Rahul Sarkar is 22. The defendant is to be charged in this case. Of these, 18 accused, including Rahul, were arrested, while four are escapes.
The case was originally registered by Delhi Police Special Cell 4.

Nia said on Monday that the case of the RC-39/2022/NIA/DLI concerns the terrorist plot of the hatched terrorist gang Lawrence Bishnoi in conjunction with the banned BKI terror organization to “spread terrorism in India”.
NIA said Rahul Sarkar was involved in the preparation and arrangement of counterfeit identification documents such as Aadhar Card, ID and bank depositing, etc., for Lawrence Bishnoi gang members, in addition to helping them escape from the country.

The NIA investigation revealed that the accused allegedly used fake documents to help members of the gang, including the co -charged Sachin Bishnoi, fraudulently obtaining passports to escape the country and continue his terrorist activities.

The Gang Lawrence Bishnoi, known for its extensive criminal operations, including blackmail, murder and smuggling of weapons, was “associated with BKI through the syndicate of terroristics.”

At the beginning of this month, Canada described the Bishnos gang as a terrorist entity for “violently focused” of certain communities and created “climate of fear and intimidation”.
“Violent deeds and terror have no place in Canada, especially those targeting specific communities to create a climate of fear and intimidation,” the Canadian government said in a statement.
The list of Bishnoi gang came a week after the advisor of National Security Ajit Doval and his Canadian counterpart Nathalie Drouin spoke in Nový Delhi.

Mea responds to the Canadian list of Bishnoi gang
When he asked about the Canadian list of gangs, the spokesman of the Ministry of External Affairs Randhir Jaiswal, on his weekly briefing of media media briefing, referred to productive interviews between Zvál and Drouin 18 September.
“Both parties have conducted productive discussions on the development of bilateral relationships in areas such as countermeasures, the fight against a multinational organized crime and the exchange of intelligence information,” he said.
