The National Investigation Agency (NIA) filed an indictment against five persons, including the Canadian marked “terrorist” Satinderjit Singh alias Goldy Brar, in connection with the bombs in 2024 in the Gurogram clubs in Haryana.
Other named in charging are Sachin Taliyan, Ankit, Bhawish and USA Randeep Singh aka Randeep Malik. NIA has triggered a provision according to Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhit, the Act on Weapons, the Explosive Substant Act and the Unlawful Act (Prevention) Act.
“With the exception of Goldy Brar and Malik Randeep, everyone else was arrested in this case,” the agency said.
Nia said her spacecraft found that the accused had been involved in a conspiracy to bomb the warehouse club and the human club, both in the 29 sector, Grumram. The attacks were reportedly part of the wider plan forbidden terrorist organization Babbar Khalsa International (BKI) to “expand the municipal disharmony and disrupt peace” in Haryana and neighboring regions by relaxing violence.
“The attack, committed by members and cadres of banned BKI terrorist clothing, took place on December 10, 2024. The investigation of NIA later revealed that Goldy Brar and his colleagues were depicted deeply rooted terrorist conspiracy …” said the agency.
According to NIA, the group is part of the “terrorist syndicate”, which is actively involved in blackmailing, raising funds for terrorist activities, obtaining weapons, ammunition and explosives, and “supporting terror among ordinary people to endanger integrity, safety (including economic security) and the land” “.
