New Delhi: Nhai State Company has launched a special drive that encourages highway users to report dirty toilets on tolls and get £1,000 on their fastag account as a reward by October 31, 2025.
Highway users can upload geo-featured images via the latest version of “Rajmargyatra” and provide data such as user name, location, vehicle registration number and mobile number, the official statement said.
Each vehicle registration number (VRN) reporting such cases will be entitled to reward £1,000 in the form of Fastag Digharge, which will be credited to the connected VRN provided by the user.
The reward will be non -transferable and cannot be required in cash. The initiative will continue until 31 October 2025 on all national highways across the country.
According to the statement, the drive will only be used for toilets designed, operated or maintained according to Nhai jurisdiction. Other toilets at retail fuel stations, Dhabas or other public devices that are not under Nhai control are excluded.
Each VN should be eligible for only one reward throughout the period of the scheme, he said.
Each toilet device NH must also be eligible for reward only once a day, regardless of the number of messages received for this location.
If more messages are received on the same day on the same day, only the first valid picture reported through Rajmargyatra will be considered for the reward.
The statement is stated that only clear, geo-marked and time-marked images captured through the application are considered. Any manipulated, duplicate or previously reported images will be rejected.
Items are verified through screening and manual AL verification whenever necessary.
