
The second phase of the Khelo India Winter Games 2025 has been rescheduled to take place from March 9 to 12 in Gulmarg. Originally planned for February 22 to 25, the event was postponed due to insufficient snowfall in the host city.
This follows a similar pattern from the previous edition, where the tournament, initially scheduled for early February 2024, was held later in the month instead.

The second phase will feature four sports:
- Alpine Skiing (Kangdoori, Gulmarg)
- Nordic Skiing (Golf Course, Gulmarg)
- Ski Mountaineering (Kangdoori, Gulmarg)
- Snowboarding (Kangdoori, Gulmarg)

- Ladakh: 7 medals (4 gold, 2 silver, 1 bronze)
- Tamil Nadu: 5 medals (3 gold, 2 silver)
- Maharashtra: 10 medals (2 gold, 4 silver, 4 bronze)
- Telangana: 5 medals
- Karnataka: 4 medals (1 gold, 2 silver, 1 bronze)
- Army: 1 gold medal
- ITBP: 2 silver medals
- Haryana and Himachal Pradesh: 2 bronze medals each
