He qualified to face Cody Rhodes for the Undisputed WWE Championship at WrestleMania, but his actions afterward left fans baffled. After turning down The Rock, Cena attacked Rhodes, with The Final Boss seemingly giving him the green light. The reasoning behind this heel turn has sparked widespread debate, and Cena’s father is now addressing the backlash.
During an interview with Bill Apter, John Cena’s father revealed that he’s been bombarded with questions about his son’s decision. Clearly annoyed, he stated that he’s had enough and doesn’t have the answers people are looking for.
He admitted he has no idea why his son made such a dramatic move and suggested that fans should let the story unfold to understand the reasoning behind it. He also advised that any direct questions about Cena’s actions should be directed to John Cena himself.
