A 26-year-old newlywed was found dead at her house in Siddheshwar Colony in Kalaburagi on Friday. The police suspected that she had committed suicide.
The deceased has been identified as Anusuya Avinash Akade. About two months ago, she got married to Avinash, her relative, after a relationship. The marriage was solemnized in the presence of both families.
According to the police, Anusuya was reportedly unhappy after her marriage to live in a village while her sisters are settled in metropolitan cities. She was said to be under mental stress due to the problem.
The police visited the place and carried out an inspection. The case was registered at the university police office. An investigation is underway to determine the exact cause of death.
