The CEFR test (common European framework) checks skills in grammar, vocabulary, reading, listening and correct sentences. It is used to measure language levels in Europe.
Referendum unlikely to be handed over
To be valid, more than 50% of voters must participate in to be valid. Local intelligence reports suggest that this may not happen, as electoral participation in Italy is usually low. Since 1995, only four out of 29 referendums in Italy have met the required turnout.
The Italian right -wing government, led by Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni, does not support it. The Senate of Ignazio La Russa said he wanted people to stay at home (and not voted), according to the locals.
The league party Matteo Salvini also promotes boycott. The memorandum even asked the party members to help people prevent voting.
Salvini, who previously supported the referendum, now says he will go to the beach instead.
