The Polur Bar Association (PBA), founded more than four decades ago in Tiruvannamei, won a new ensemble of office carriers for 2025-26 on Friday, and the lawyer VC Dinakaran was elected President, P. Nagarajan as Secretary, A. Balamurty as Vice President and P. Mahendran as a new joint secretary. S. Vinodini was elected as a librarian.
According to a press release, executive members were also elected for this year. The elections for the association are held annually. PBA is one of the oldest bar associations in the district, which was bifurcated from Vellore in 1989.
