Former MP Rajya Sabha and former Secretary General of All-India SFI, Nepaldeb Bhattachary, died in Calcutta on Tuesday (May 13, 2025), said the leader CPI (M).
Bhattacharya, also the supervisor and former member of the State Committee of CPI (M), died in a private hospital in South Kolkata, he said.
The party leader suffered from old age health problems and added that the 75 -year -old CPI leader (m) survived his wife.
Bhattacharya was a member of Rajya Sabha from 1981 to 1988, he said.
