Asian News International (nor) has filed a lawsuit against a slander at the High Court in Delhi against YouTuber Mohak Mangal and claimed that a recent video published on its channel contains false, misleading and slanderous statements that caused serious damage to his business and reputation.
The suit concerns a video called “Dear or” published by Mr. Mangal 25 May 2025, on his YouTube channel, in which he criticizes the use of copyright against content creators.

The application said Mr Mangal claimed in the video that the agency “holds people as a hostage” and is involved in “blackmail and blackmail” under the pretext of copyright enforcement. Mr. Mangal also urged the audience to log out of the services or.
The petition nor claims that the video had a “demonstrable adverse impact” on his good will, public credibility and business operations.
The suit was also created by the comedian Kunal Kamra and co -founder Altnews Mohammed to Zubair as a party for the alleged further spread of the false and misleading story of Mr. Mangal.
She also said that the video launched widespread online harassment and adverse effects of the public on it.
The agency pointed out that Mr. Mangal admitted that he was using his own copyrighted videos in his own monetized videos.
He said the video reflects “calculated and harmful attack on the reputation, credibility and good will of the applicant, but also his registered trademark”.
She also called on the court to order Mr. Mangal to take off the video and limit it in using registered trademarks even in any form. She also applied for damage of 2.10 Crore 2.10.
The application is stated for hearing on Thursday.
