Neet and 2025: The Mumbai Court expanded the custody of the CBI of two persons held in connection with the case of manipulating the manipulation of the Neet-Gu test by June 16 after the probe agency said to be discovered.
According to CBI, one of the accused – Sandeep Shah, in conspiracy with the other – Salim Patel contacted the parents of the Neet UG 2025 candidates with the promise of manipulating their marks for money, the PTI informed.
Two who are accused of requiring and receiving a disproportionate benefit to influence the National Test Agency (NTA) officials (NTA) took place on June 10 and were produced in court during the day after their previous custody.
As the accused promised to manipulate the Neet-Ug score
Sandeep Shah reportedly requested £90 Lakh on the candidate and later brought it £87.5 Lakh after ensuring admission to government universities using NTA officers, CBI said.
Meanwhile accepted another accused Salim Patil £32.50 lakh from one candidate and £75 Lakh via Hawal from three other candidates. He even took one of the candidates to the Noida Sonda agency, PTI reported.
Tickets on the Candidate Hall, WhatsApp Cottages to add to the case
CBI told the court that tickets to the Neet-Ug 2025 candidates were found on the accused’s mobile phones and that a large volume of mobile data should be obtained. The agency that was quoted was sought by the agency for a five -day binding of the accused.
However, lawyers more and Rrakesh Singh, who appeared for the accused, against the request, and argued that the probe agency already had mobile phones and there is nothing more to recover. Instead, they asked for their clients’ judicial link.
However, the court noted that the investigation had made significant progress and emphasized the need to face the accused with 1600 WhatsApp huts. He noted that these reports include the names of the Neet-Ug 2025 candidates whose signs were reportedly manipulated, PTI says.
The special judge stressed that the matter and the consequences of the crime are serious and must be granted for proper investigative police ties. As progress is in the investigation, another police link is justified, the court said.
