General Director of the National Cadet Corps (NCC) General Gurbirpal Singh will start a five -day visit to Keraly 19 April 2025. It will organize an interactive session with various NCC units and review their activities.
Mr. Singh will organize the inspection in the North Malabar region, in addition to meeting cadets and NCC coaches in Thiruvananthapuram.
NCC officials said the officer met with the main Minister Pinarayi Vijayan and discussed the strengthening of the role and presence of NCC in the state and explored the ways to strengthen cooperation with state agencies and thus seized the youth through NCC training.
Official communication from the NCC headquarters here on Thursday (April 17, 2025) said that the visit had underlined the NCC management commitment to actively involve and support a strong sense of friendship between cadets. This would also help the care of disciplined and responsible citizens, he added.
