
Golden State Warriors on Thursday evening ensured a decisive victory of 123-116 over Los Angeles Lakers and tightened the play -off sowing race at the Western conference.
Stephen Curry led the way with 37 points and shot 10 out of 21 of the field, including four 3-outs and 13-Z-14 from the free throw line. The victory lifted Warriors to the location 5 in the ranking, just before Memphis Grizzlies and in one game from Lakers.
Special guest, David Beckham
After victory, Curry had a sincere exchange of courts with football legend David Beckham, who watched the Chase Center next to his son Romeo Beckham. The NBA published a photo of Curry and Beckham sitting on Instagram, which received reactions from fans around the world.
Curry joined the moment by signing and donating his gaming jersey to Beckham after the game. Romeo, also present, took pictures of both legends as they shared a short conversation and smiles after the last buzzer.

Once the playoffs are still in place, the warriors will face more to Denver nuggets with their backs back to each other. Each game is now counting because the Golden State is still pushing to ensure the highest seed at the Western Conference.
