
The Indian Navy is ready to enter its anti-formormal War Water Water Crafts (ASWC) Arnal on the naval shipyard in Visakhapatnam 18 June.

The war ship includes more than 80% of the indigenous content and integrates advanced systems from leading Indian defense companies, including Bharat Electronics Limited, L&T, Mahindra Defense and Meil. The project was committed to more than 55 micro, small and medium -sized enterprises (MSME).
Arnala is designed for a series of anti-Ponymary war operations and is equipped with fake surveillance, search and rescue missions and low-intensity naval operations. 77 meters long war boat with a rough tonnage of over 1,490 tons is the largest Indian naval warship to be powered by a combination of a diesel engine.
“The launch of Arnala will mean a transformation moment in Indian naval abilities, strengthen the coastal defense and re -forffilize India’s position as independent naval forces in a strategically vital Indian ocean,” he said, adding that it was named after Arnala’s historical fortress at Vasai, Mahashtra.
The fortress was built in 1737 by Marathas led by Chimaji App and was strategically located to supervise the mouth of the Vaitarna River and serve as a lookout tower across the northern coast of Konkan.
The Arnala ridge has a stylized worm shell built against a blue background, while the name of the ship is written in the Devanagari script at the base. “The chief, known for its spiral, reinforced structure and accurate tip, symbolizes resistance, alertness, survival and dominance in demanding environments that reflects the essence of the ship built to withstand the perennial ocean forces and perform immediate anti -trade operations with the exact goal.”
