Secondary students of Think Infinity School discussed topics ranging from solar system, renewable energy, pollution to earthquake alarm system during the National Science Day exhibition held at their Padipeta campus here on Wednesday.
Several exhibits revolved around the theme of “Renewable Energy”. A series of static and working models explained how essential the use of natural resources was. Another major topic of discussion was the alarming increase in air pollution.
In addition to the exhibits, the students also performed a skit about air pollution. Five characters in the skit – two students, a scientist, a doctor and a narrator – explained why it is important to breathe clean air.
For hands-on exposure, a health assessment camp was conducted where students learned the nuances of knowing blood type, random blood sugar and blood pressure monitoring.
