The Delhi Court (July 29, 2025) postponed his order to realize the fees filed by the Directorate for Pravo (ED) in the case of the National Herald.
Judicial sources said the matter is now stated on 7 and 8 August for some clarification.
Earlier in July 15, the special judge Vishal Gogne reserved the order of 29 July after noting that he was concluded with a submission on the aspect of knowledge.

The Court of Justice heard presentation at the point of knowledge of the Directorate for recovery and accused on a daily basis of July 2.
Ed was accused by the leader of the Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi, the leader of the late parties of Motilal Vora and Oscar Fernandes, as well as Suman Dubey, Sam Pitroda and private society, young Indian, conspiracy and money for publishing national nation news) published by national violence.
The agency claims that Gandhis held most of the 76% of the young Indian shares, who allegedly fraudulently usurp the AJL assets in exchange for a CRORE 90 GBP loan.
The fees are named Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi, Pitroda, Dubey, Sunil Bhandari, Young Indian and DotEx Merchandise PVT Ltd.
