Vice -President Chancellor Adikavi Nannaya University S. Prasanna Sree was mandatory for all postgraduate and title of universities associated with the University of Godavari to appoint physical education directors (PED)
In the recent Directive Prasna Sree ordered all associated universities to name Ped with immediate effect, because sport is an integral part of the university’s academic policy.
“We will no longer tolerate the absence of Ped at universities. A strict event will be launched against institutes that they cannot name Ped and promotion of sports on academic land,” she said.
