In a swift action, Bengaluru police rescued a 28-year-old man from a life-threatening situation after he posted a distressing message on his WhatsApp status.
The incident took place on April 8 around 6:35 pm at Munireddy Layout near Garvebhavipalya near Begur in southeast Bengaluru. The 28-year-old posted the message: “Today is my last day,” which was seen by a friend. The friend immediately alerted the Namma 112 emergency line.
