Polish Chancellor Nalsar University of Law Srikrishna Deva Rao emphasized the need for constitutional criminal judiciary to ensure justice, dignity and equality in the provision of justice.

He also emphasized the need for reinforced legal assistance, especially for discoverable prisoners.
