President BJP Tamil Nadu Nadar Nagenthran on Sunday criticized DMK leader for alleged derogatory comments on public platforms in a way undermined by the dignity of women.
In the X, Mr. Nagenthran said that social security programs, including monthly financial assistance, are created to improve the livelihood of people and build a equality society. “However, DMK is constantly pointing to this effort in a degrading way and turning them into political instruments.”
Sharing a video about DMK official questioning to the annual income of a woman in Kalaignar Magalir Urimimai Thugai scheme, after raising some concerns about inflation during the public meeting, Mr. Nagenthran said: “This kind of arrogance led to the defeat of DMK in 1977 and 1977
He also said, “The public carefully monitors what the main minister of MK Stalin will take against his party members who continue to make such ridiculous statements against women.”
