Main Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu called on newly appointed young professionals to cooperate with vision, coordination and determination to ensure the development of the constituency throughout Andhra Pradesh.
On Tuesday, he focused on the meeting of Swarna Andhra Vision – 2047 young professionals in a block 5 Secretariat, the main minister shared his personal path – from adolescence in a village without electricity to the introduction of large energy sector reforms in an undivided state.
The government has appointed one postgraduate young professional for each election district of the Assembly, commissioned by work according to the documents of the vision specific to the constituency prepared according to Swwarn Andhra Vision-2047. The planning department provided them with weekly training before their field tasks. At the end of the training, the main minister communicated with all 175 young professionals and offered leadership and set expectations.
“It’s a new approach. When I first became the main minister, I identified the priority areas and I planned accordingly. You have to identify the strengths, resources and needs of your constituency.
Mr. Naida noted that despite low collisions this year, forward planning ensured that the reservoirs were filled and 80 % of the total water storage capacity was achieved, which benefited the groundwater levels. He called on young experts to study and monitor social care programs, infrastructure work and sector growth, with the goals ongoing main road construction, pothole repairs cost 1,000 crore and advances in green energy.
“You have a great opportunity,” Mr. Naida told them. “Treat not only as work, but as a mission. Work with passion, not pressure. Coordinate with elected representatives and officials. Continuously check in the facts, because without accurate information your vote will not bear weight.
Naida said with reference to his own experience in the 1995 reform: “The vision is not only about creating wealth, but also about ensuring prosperity for the poor. My vision 2020 was criticized at the time, but it turned out to be 100 % correct for Hyderabad.
Mr. Naida also announced the main development – the center assigned the andhra Pradesh semiconductor unit, which he described as a “positive milestone” that would strengthen the ecosystem of the state electronics.
The planning department formally handed over the appointment letters to 175 to young professionals. The event was attended by Minister of Finance P. Keshav, Vice -Chairman of the P4 K. Kutumba Rao Foundation and officials of the planning department.
