Sophisticated measures have been taken to meet Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) “Saradhyam”, which was planned on Sunday in the city.
The railway areas in the railway new colony were decorated for the first political meeting of BJP after the creation of the NDA government in Andhra Pradesh.
The streets of the city were decorated with the flags of BJP and banners and welcomed the National President of the Party of the JP Naddy, which is scheduled to participate in the meeting as the main guest. Mr. Nadda is expected to arrive in Visakhapatnam on Saturday evening.
State President BJP PVN Madhav, Minister of Health Y. Satya Kumar, Visakhapatnam North Mla P. Vishnu Kumar Raju, former MP GVL Narasimha Rao and other leaders were busy on Saturday by checking the arrangements made at the stadium.
Mr. Madhav, who was on a national tour as part of the “Saradhyam” program, said the final meeting took place in Visakhapatnam.
He shared that during his tour he worked with many parties, discussed the prevailing political situation and organized “Chai Pe Charchas”.
“There is an effort to deal with long -term questions, while a detailed plan will soon be drawn up to strengthen the party and outline its future procedure,” Madhav said.
He refuted the accusation of the leaders of the YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) regarding the privatization of the steel plant Visakhapatnam (VSP).
Nirmala Sithaman’s visit
Mr. Madhav announced that the Minister of Finance of the Union of Nirmala Sitharaman will visit Visakhapatnam to attend a meeting on the new GST standards with training bodies, September 17th.
He welcomed the GST reforms and said that the decision was very beneficial to citizens because it includes the most important items.
