February 15, 2026

Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Mysuru through its CSR panel and DEI successfully organized the second edition of ‘Inspiring Women to Live Fulfilling Lives’ – 2026 at the Infosys campus in Mysuru. More than 200 delegates representing the IT sector, academia, healthcare facilities and various industries attended the symposium held here recently.

Ms. Trishikha Kumari Wadiyar, Chairperson, Bherunda Foundation, joined the symposium through virtual presence and addressed the gathering, encouraging women to strive for holistic growth and a meaningful life.

Structured around four main themes – financial well-being, mental well-being, physical well-being and emotional well-being – the program offers practical insights linked to personal and professional excellence, according to a CII press release.

Ms. Savitha Mallappa, Advisor, CII Mysuru CSR and DEI Panel said, “This symposium was designed to transcend dialogue and provide actionable frameworks for well-being and inclusion. When organizations consciously invest in financial literacy, mental resilience, physical health and emotional strength, they build stronger and more sustainable workplaces.”

Mr. Nagaraja Gargeshwari, Chairman, CII Mysuru Zone said, “Inclusive growth and industrial competitiveness go hand in hand. As Mysuru continues to evolve as a hub of knowledge and industry, it is imperative that organizations create ecosystems where women can participate, advance and lead with confidence. Such platforms transform intent into structured industrial action.”

The symposium featured experienced panelists from diverse backgrounds who shared insights and best practices related to financial independence, mental health awareness, preventive health care, and organizational health frameworks. Discussions highlighted the importance of breaking down stigma, enabling open conversations and creating a supportive environment to help women lead fulfilling personal and professional lives, the report said.

This second edition also marked the launch of the Women Return-to-Work Platform, which aims to connect women who want to re-enter the workforce after a career break with industry partners and enable engagement in phases. The symposium concluded with participants’ reflections and strong appreciation for the depth of discussions, expert-led meetings and the spirit of cross-industry collaboration.
