A viral video is now winning hearts across social media platforms. It features Haseena Nishad, a Kerala-born CEO of a UAE-based company. Her husband, Nishad Hussain, also features in this heartwarming clip.
The video shows employees standing with wrapped gift boxes. They eagerly unpack these boxes one by one. Some employees find iPhones in surprise boxes. Others discover only chocolate bars instead.
But the end of the video is beautiful. Another employee later hands out iPhones to everyone else. Even those who got chocolate got iPhones. So each employee ends up getting a piece.
Haseena Nishad shared this video on her Instagram account. She wrote that success comes from the commitment and spirit of the employees. She said every contribution will move the company forward.
“As CEO, I believe that real success comes from the dedication, positive spirit and collective strength of our people! Every effort, every idea and every contribution plays an important role in our moving forward!” Haseena wrote on Instagram.
“I encourage each of you to believe in your potential, seize every opportunity to grow, and continue to support each other! Let’s continue to raise our standards, face challenges with confidence, and strive for greater success together! Our strength is our people, and our possibilities are limitless!” she added.
Nishad Hussain moved to UAE from India in 2008. He soon established World Star Holding in Abu Dhabi. He later opened a new headquarters in Sharjah.
His official website states that he now runs a multi-million dollar company. Haseena Nishad joined him in UAE after marriage. Since then, she has supported his business journey.
Eventually, she was named CEO of the company. This company reportedly employs thousands of workers across the UAE.
